Dave is awesome! First, he answered the phone. Then he went out of his way to help clear the clogged sewer drain from the house of my elderly mother. My sister and I tried to fix it, taking half the day and $100 in several drain snakes with no luck. I found Liberty Drain Co online and Dave gave us an agreeable fixed rate, and took care of the issue. Wish we would have called him sooner. Great company... Highly recommend!!

Dave responded right away and showed up the next morning which was a Saturday and correctly diagnosed the problem with camera and promptly then unplugged main sewer lateral. Had another company out the day prior who were unable to diagnose the problem or unstop the main line! True professional that knows his stuff!

The people at Liberty are true professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They fixed our septic drain problem, overcoming unseen obstacles and did it for half of other quotes we got. Would absolutely recommend them.

We cannot recommend Liberty Drain enough!

Dave came out the same day we called — which was impressive in itself. We had already spent thousands of dollars with several other local plumbers trying to fix an ongoing drain issue. Our toilets were backing up every few weeks, and no matter how many times others snaked the lines, the problem kept coming back.

It turns out no one else was properly diagnosing the real issue. Dave figured it out in less than an hour.

He is clearly an expert when it comes to drains. He knew exactly what to look for, had the right professional equipment to properly diagnose the problem, and — most importantly — he fixed it.

After dealing with multiple companies, we can confidently say Dave is truly a drain specialist — not just someone who runs a snake and hopes for the best.

Dave is friendly, honest, professional, and very reasonably priced. If you’re dealing with drain issues or toilets backing up, don’t waste your time and money going in circles like we did. Call Liberty Drain first.

Highly recommend!
